Stainless Steel Spring Wires
Jyoti Steel Industries produces Spring Wires with characteristics like smooth surface high corrosion resistance, high fatigue strength. Wires are produced with controlled Cast and Helix for uniformity in Spring forming. Spring Wires are suitable for producing various types of Springs like Compression Springs, Extension Springs, Torsion Springs and Wire Forms.

Stainless Steel Cold Heading Wires
Cold Heading wires are suitable for applications like Screw, Bolts, Nuts, Rivets for industries such as Automotive, Household, Aviation & Construction. For Cold Heading Quality wires, Jyoti Steel Industries uses Condat or equivalent surface coating and Stearate lubricant.

EPQ Wires
EPQ Wires are suitable for making Kitchenware, Basket, Cable Trays and Trolleys with electro-polishing as the final process . Clean, de-greased & Defect free surface results in very lustrous appearance when electro polished.

Spoke Wires
Spoke Wire is used for manufacturing of spokes for Bicycles, Motorbikes, Car Wheels and Umbrella. Defect free surface, correct mechanical properties and tight size tolerance provide optimum fatigue properties in finished wire.
