Automotive
The automotive industry uses bright bars as their raw material to produce components that are required for a range of machines. At Jyoti Steel Industries, we are not only producing the common austenitic grades such as AISI 304L and AISI 316L but also Sulphur bearing grades such as AISI 303, AISI 416 and SAE 12L14. These grades are used in components that need better machinability, and Jyoti Steel Industries is producing the entire size range for these grades.
Pumps
Stainless Steel shafts of martensitic grades such as AISI 410, AISI 420 and AISI 431 are commonly used in the pump industry. Jyoti Steel Industries is producing these grades of bright bars in annealed as well as quench and tempered conditions. All major Indian pump manufacturers such as CRI Pumps, Unnati Pumps and Flowmore chose Jyoti Steel Industries as their primary supplier of these grades thanks to superior quality control measures.

Food Processing and Home Appliances
Corrosion resistant stainless steel is essential for food processing machines as well as cooking utensils. Our grade 204Cu wires are commonly used to make saucepan handles and grade 303 bright bars are used in pressure cookers. The stainless-steel wires are renowned for the ductility and surface finish. Not only is grade 204Cu highly versatile, it is also much more economical compared to grades such as 304L and 316L.
Oil and Gas
Stainless Steel Bright Bars, particularly duplex and super duplex grades such as 2205 and 2507, are widely used to make components that are used in machines in the oil and gas industry. Duplex grades are unique because they have properties of austenitic and martensitic grades. Critical grades like these require additional quality control measures during the melting, casting and rolling process.
